RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We take pride in every Lightning Elite Designs costume and want you to be happy with your order. Because every costume is made specifically after it is ordered, please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All Lightning Elite Designs costumes are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, unwanted colour selections, or costumes that are no longer required.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted to designs@lightningelite.ca within 24 hours of purchase. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart provided. Please contact us before ordering if you require assistance with sizing.

Costumes cannot be returned or exchanged because an incorrect size was selected. We recommend checking each dancer’s current measurements before placing your order.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Costumes with colour changes, added mesh, or any other requested customization are final sale. Customization fees are non-refundable once production has begun.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect and try on all costumes promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact designs@lightningelite.ca within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, Lightning Elite Designs will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Please do not return an item without first receiving authorization and return instructions from Lightning Elite Designs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

COLOUR AND APPEARANCE

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric dye lots, and material availability.

Minor variations that do not affect the overall design or function of the costume are not considered defects.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective due to an error by Lightning Elite Designs.

If an approved return is required because of an error or confirmed defect, Lightning Elite Designs will provide return instructions and advise which shipping costs will be covered.
